How can I set my training zones?

  1. Tap on “More”.

  2. Under “Sports settings”, tap on “Zones”.

  3. Choose the sport in which you would like to change your zones.

  4. Choose the metric you want to change.

For example, in Cycling:

  1. Tap on the cycling icon.

  2. Tap on “Power”.

  3. Tap on “Based on”.

  4. Tap on “Threshold Power”.

  5. Tap on the number next to “Value”.

  6. Scroll to the target value and tap on “Confirm”.

  7. Tap on “Save” to save your zones. Your zones are now updated.
